Troubleshooting - Internet Connection



If your box says connecting but wont connect then your code is wrong, check it’s the right code and try again making sure all capitals are in capitals. Remember to browse the internet after its connected to see if your provider is blocking you out.


If your box is running poorly you MUST check your speed through the box, don’t assume it’s good, Go to the speed test app on your box and begin test, if its under 8MBs then you will struggle to watch a HD movies without buffering. Your speed will alter 20 times a day so always check first before blaming the box.


If your speed is over 8MBs and you get buffering then the problem is probably with the link (not the box) that means change the link, Don’t suffer a buffer, just find the show elsewhere and if possible watch it where you can lower the quality
